Since we really got nothing to do at Dolce Vita Pension as it’s winter, we can’t swim and we can’t use the sauna outdoor, so we decided to visit Pocheon Herb Island (포천 허브아일랜드 / 香草岛乐园) which happen to be a filming location of Runningman.

From Dolce Vita Pension, we get Jiyong Appa to called a cab for us for a 3 hours tour to Herb Island. The journey from the pension to Herb Island is about 30 minutes, and it’s quite expensive too!

For the 3 hours return trip from Dolce Vita Pension to Herb Island cost about KRW100,000 (Approx. RM 368).

You can visit the place during day time as well but you will missed all this amazing views, but if you decided to visit at night,

HOW TO GET TO POCHEON HERB ISLAND:

Directions
[Bus]
Take an express bus to Pocheon Intercity Bus Terminal.
Take Bus 57 bound for Sinbuk Oncheon (Hot spring, 신북온천)at the local bus stop outisde the Bus Terminal.
Get off at Samjeong-ri (삼정리), and go straight on Samcheongol-gil Street to arrive at Herb Island.

OR

Soyosan Station (Seoul Subway Line 1).
Take Bus 57, and get off at Samjeong-ri.
Go straight on Samcheongol-gil Street to arrive at Herb Island.
