Cat & the Fiddle finally make it to Malaysia!
Cat & The Fiddle is the first online specialist cheesecake store in Singapore and if offers premium cheesecakes in 15 original flavours in Singapore. It was officially launch in Malaysia on 1st July 2016 with their online store available at www.catandthefiddle.com.my. All the cheesecakes are specially crafted by Singapore’s iconic homegrown pastry chef, Daniel Tay.
Chef Daniel Tay is one of the most well-known names in luxury desserts in Singapore, he was trained in the art of classical French pastry and dessert making. Chef Daniel Tay has worked with the legendary gourmet food retailer Fauchon of Paris. In Singapore, he was the Pastry Chef of the famed gastronomic French restaurant, Les Amis. His skill was awarded with Finalist at World Gourmet Summit (2002-2006) and World Pastry Cup Gold Medal (1996).

Fully-Baked New York cheesecake is rich with smooth cream cheese and enriched with vanilla beans with delicious golden crust underneath and at the side wall, and top design is made from chocolate powder. The Main ingredients are Cream cheese, chocolate, eggs and cream.

Fully-Baked Oreo cheesecake: The smoothness of rich cheese with the combination of Oreo cookies, and the crunchiness of Oreo cookie crumble underneath and top is a thick layer of Oreo cookies crumble. The Main ingredients are Oreo cookies and cream.

The Main ingredients are fresh mango pieces and mango puree.
